Why must old employers talk so much shit?

Well, it’s been a few weeks at my new job and I’m loving it.

I recently spoke with a friend of mine who happens to be an IT sales person that I dealt with at my old job. They informed me that my old employer was talking shit. A small word to people: don’t talk shit about people to other people that you don’t know. That person may just be the former employees friend. Anyways, I am sure those fucking fags are looking for a new IT person right now. If your in the Nashville area looking for a job steer clear of them. I won’t say who they are, but they are a Centurion level travel agency (whatever the fuck that means). Plus, the pay is so shitty you will beat yourself for it after putting up with all the bullshit. E-mail me if you need to know who they are. I will gladly help any readers out.

Now, let me get my shit talking on. That was one of the worst places I ever worked in my whole fucking life. I would have rather spent that time in Iraq dodging bullets day in and day out. Their “IT director” is a huge fucking joke, not to mention a psychopathic bitch. They have no business in the position they are in considering they barely know how to turn on a computer let alone use a laptop. I have never seen someone cry (literally) about so much petty shit in my fucking life. The bitch needs some damn prozac or something. If shit is so bad you have to cry and pity your fucking self all the damn time, why don’t you just off yourself? Save yourself and everyone around you the fucking headache. I’ve never been asked to do as much absurd shit as I was when I worked for these sorry fucks. Reader’s please don’t let the their name fool you. They may have endorsements from a large financial institution, but I can asure you that you can get anyone to endorse you as long as you pay them every year and know how to suck a good dick. I’m not saying that’s what they do, but I am just basing my assumption off of things that I witnessed while I was employed there. Anyways, I hope that place burns to the fucking ground and I also wish cancer upon the owners. Fucking faggots.

If someone from that employer is reading: Strong arming people into doing what you want aren’t always the best business tactics. I’ve gotten a little further by just being nice most of the time.

Note: These are just my opinions. Notice, I did not use any names. If you have a problem with anything written here or want me to remove certain things, write me a letter and then take the letter and goto the post office and FUCK YOURSELF with it.

Started my new job.

I just started my new job on Wednesday. I think everything is going to be alright from here on.

I was originally supposed to start this upcoming Monday, but I told my old employer to take the 2 week notice I gave them and fuck theirselves with it. Conveniently my new employer asked if I could start a little earlier so I could spend some time with my predescessor.

I got to enjoy a little bit of time off, which I spent getting a driver’s license and new plates on my vehicles. Getting a driver’s license in Nashville is a huge pain in the ass. When it came time to get plates it seemed there were no lines any where. The state was happy to take your money.

So I’ve spent 3 days so far at my new job. I think I’m going to turn out just fine here. I get along with everyone. Everyone is so relaxed and we can kind of just chill. We took a field trip yesterday to the data center where alot of our servers are housed. It was pretty cool since I have never been in a data center in the civilian world. I’m glad that there are other geeks there since they actually have a real IS department instead of one guy doing 6 jobs. It feels kind of nice to be able to hang out with my own kind for once.

This has been a huge relief for me. My last job was my first job in the civilian sector and it left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s nice to see that not everyone fits into the corporate american grind way of work. I’m a huge believer that employees will be happier and stay longer if they can have a decent work/life balance. You just can’t work the piss out of someone for over 10 hours a day and then wonder why they aren’t happy or want to quit.
