Well I guess I’m going to get started on the MCSE exams. I figured I would start out with the Security+ exam that way I can kill 2 birds with one stone or some shit. I think I should be able to just go in and take the Sec+ straight up without much studying.

In other news, I have to go out to one of the field sites at work to check the versions of software the systems are running on. I already know what versions they are running on, but the retards in management don’t believe me. I guess I’ll just have to confirm that they are idiots. Why is it people that have nothing to do with computers or IT in general think they know everything about computers? I hate those son of a biznitches. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with them in this new contract. I pretty much made up my mind that either they’re leaving or I am. I can’t stand this po-dunk redneck town anyways. This will give me a chance to get the fuck out of this place. I don’t know why I even came up here.

Work sucks big fucking donkey balls. Working in IT sucks when your bosses think your job is to sit around doing spreadsheets all damn day. I spend more time dealing with spare hardware parts and spreadsheets than anything else. Meanwhile, administrative assistants sit on there ass, stuffing donuts down their throats all day. I’m supposed to be “the software guy”. Good thing is the contract is over so hopefully I’ll be able to jump over to a decent company and do my “real” job.

On a better note, Cisco finally got back with me today so my CCNA shit should be squared away. Now I just have to study up for the CCNP. I’m hoping to take that biznitch next spring.
